Civil War Era Rebuild

This project features the rebuild of a Civil War-era timber frame barn that was lost to a fire in 2010. Rebuilt in Middleburg, VA, the new structure honors the original design, using traditional mortise and tenon joinery with a hemlock timber frame and white pine board-and-batten siding. Finished with a standing seam metal roof, this barn blends timeless craftsmanship with long-lasting durability—bringing historic charm back to life for generations to come.
